REQUEST
Trimill approached us with a request for help in recruiting dozens of manufacturing positions. The aim of the collaboration was to devise an acquisition campaign to attract potential employees – and secondarily to promote the brand in the region. We got to know the client thoroughly, analyzed the current situation and opportunities in the company. We then devised a strategy based on the requirements of working with the company’s graphics department on the campaign.
We identified the most ideal forms of promotion and divided the tasks.

We used multiple visuals in the campaign and tested them during the process. The graphic designs (video and graphics) were made by the client, swiit studio edited existing source data (the cost of editing and preparing the creative is not included in the campaign budget) or suggested changes to existing graphic visuals. An important step was getting to know the target group, their preferences and the form of communication. According to the given attributes, we created a strategy to support the company’s brand building and a lead generation campaign to generate interest in employment with the company. Within the campaign, we used different visuals to represent the positions, the company and through the go to action element, we led people to the website with the available positions.
We managed to get 60 relevant job applicants during the 3 months that the campaign ran.
